Associate members shall be either (1) all persons, corporations and other Business entities that manufacture or supply goods or services to or for the towing, recovery or storage industries or (2) all persons, corporations or other entities directly engaged in the towing, recovery or storage of motor vehicles other than in the State of North Carolina.
